  1. Area of purview

All orders via our online shop fall under the purview of the following terms and conditions. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is a natural person who completes a transaction mainly for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to her or his commercial or self-employed activity. An entrepreneur is any natural person or legal entity that completes a transaction for the purposes of their or its commercial or freelance activities.

  1. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The sales contract is entered into with JET BELT® e.Kfm.

The fact of the displaying of our products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is rather part of a non-binding online catalog. You are invited to place any product in the shopping cart without incurring any obligation to order, and to correct your entries before submission of your binding final order via the tooltips available during the ordering process. By clicking the ‘order’ button, you submit a binding order for all products in the shopping cart. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order immediately after placing it.

The time of the conclusion of our contract is determined by the method of payment: 

Payment in advance
Within two days, we will send you an email containing our bank details. This concludes the contract.

Credit card
In the course of submitting your order, you will also submit your credit card details. After confirming your being the rightful cardholder, we will request your credit card company to begin the payment transaction process. This constitutes our accepting your order.

PayPal
In the course of submitting your order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website, where you will provide your payment details and confirm the payment. Upon your finalizing your order in the online shop, we will request PayPal to begin the payment transaction process, which constitutes our acceptance of your order.

  1. Language of contract, storing of contract
    The contract can be concluded either in German or English.

Subsequent to this conclusion, we store the contract and send you an email containing the details of your order as well as our terms and conditions. You can access the contract via your customer login.

  1. Terms of delivery

We offer free shipping within Germany.

You may also pick up your order at JET BELT, Dreimühlenstraße 30, 80469, Munich, Germany within the business hours of 11 am – 7 pm (Monday – Friday) and 10 am – 12 pm (Saturday)

  1. Payment

We offer these methods of payment:

Payment in advance
Should you select this method of payment, we will send you an email containing our bank details and dispatch the products after receipt of payment.

Credit card
In the course of submitting your order, you will also submit your credit card details.
After confirming you to be the rightful cardholder, we will request your credit card company to commence the payment transaction process. The credit card company processes the transaction automatically and debits your credit card.

PayPal
In the course of submitting your order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website. To pay via PayPal, you have to be registered – or to register – with PayPal, log in with your account details, and confirm the payment. After finalizing your order in the online shop, we will request for PayPal to begin the payment transaction process.
PayPal processes the transaction automatically and carries it out. Further information will be made available while ordering.

  1. Retention of title

The product remains our property until the payment has been completed in full.

  1. Statutory and additional warranties

The statutory warranty shall apply. Any additional warranties and their corresponding terms (wherever applicable) can be found on the product page as well as on the dedicated info pages. 

  1. Dispute resolution

    We are prepared to take part in an extrajudicial arbitration process provided by a consumer dispute resolution body.
